ORDERING

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE an Order on bejactive.com

We are pleased to confirm that you do not need to create an account on  Bejactive.com , but we are encouraging you to create an account to make it easier the next time you shop with us and to conveniently manage your order(s).

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Your shopping experience matter to us! To provide you with an excellent delivery service, your orders are immediately sent to our fulfilment team. For this reason, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

This includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

*IF YOU INPUT THE WRRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER

If there is an error with your order, please email support@bejactive.com and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched from our warehouse. You are also able to log into your Bejactivewear.com online account and check order status under "My Orders," by clicking VIEW MY ORDER.
If you have not received your shipping notification and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please email support@bejactive.com and our team will assist you.

 THERE ARE THINGS ON THE WEBSITE THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes items sell out quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this happens, we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know if it's coming back in stock.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

As soon as you have checked out, we process your order and then our warehouse gets to picking, packing and shipping your order.

  • We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 48 hours

(Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times can vary as we are extra busy packing your goodies!)

I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately on support@bejactive.com with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

-Your order numbers

-The name of the item you did not receive

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you immediately.

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently: 

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

WHY WAS ALL OR PART OF MY ORDER CANCELLED?


All orders are subject to product availability. On the rare occasion that an item within your order is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, you will be notified via email. Our Customer Support team will adjust your order and issue a full refund for any missing item(s).

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking number shows on the carrier’s website that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Additionally, please verify the address that the order was shipped to by logging in to your Bejactivewear.com account. If your shipping address is correct:
- Check around the delivery area for a safe place the carrier may have placed the package like nearby bushes, a back door, or garage.
- Check with any family members or roommates that may have grabbed your package for you.
- Check with your neighbours or building manager to see if they may have accepted the package for you or if it was delivered to them by mistake.
- If your building has a mailroom or front desk/reception, check to see if your package was left there.

If you still cannot locate your package, please email support@bejactive.com and our team will do our best to assist you.

PAYMENT

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay We do not accept cheques or cash.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?


Payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

SHIPPING TO THE EU

We are pleased to confirm that we are shipping to all EU countries, but EU customers will now need to pay duty and taxes on their order (the courier may request this payment before the order can be delivered).

RETURN and EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Not quite, right? No worries!

We will gladly offer a full refund on orders from bejactivewear.com within 14 days of the ship date.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalize your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
For exchanges, a new order will be created once the original item is returned to us, and you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email when the order ships, which will include a link to track your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK? 

You can easily sign up for back in stock notifications directly on a product page and we will email you if your size becomes available.
Please note, many of our styles are produced in a limited quantity and once they are gone, they're gone forever. We may receive additional stock through returns, but this is rare.
We highly recommend signing up for our newsletter, so you're the first to know when a new collections drops and can be the first to shop. We launch four collections a year, each with two drops and we are confident you'll find another style you love!

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BEJ PRODUCTS?

Please note specific care instructions can be found on each Varley garment.
General care instructions for our products are as follows:
- Machine wash cold with like colors, using delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
- For Bras: We recommend removing the cups, as it helps keep the original shape. Hand wash cups in cold water, lay flat to dry.
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
